both, perhaps more giving: - I very much enjoy giving gifts, giving of myself in general too - I genuinely love making people happy, and it's nice to sometimes receive a gift

my naps on shabbos afternoon might take 3 hours, especially in summer...

I understood what you meant. I think it was just a matter of BE and AE.
British English: a nap means a brief sleep
On Shabbos, we call it a Shabbos rest
So, like I answered before - I prefer longer
