My kids have to get up at 7 and I tell them to go to bed at 8, but they don't get into bed and/or fall asleep till about 9 and sometimes 9:30. To get them up in the morning is such a pain, but I don't think that if they fell asleep at 8:30 it would make a difference. I'm still not changing their bedtime because sometimes they do actually fall asleep earlier. Kids here go to bed at around 10-11. I don't understand how they're awake the next day.

my 9 yo goes to bed at 7:45. she usually gets up at 6:30, but she's up alot at night too.never been a good sleeper.

my 7 yo goes to bed at 7, and the 4 yo at 6:30. they both get up between 6 & 6:30

I dont' ever have to wake my kids. they are such early risers. they used to get up at 5:30, and maybe they still do. I have a rule that nobody goes out of their room (aside from bathroom) before 6 am.

My kids each have about 11-12 hrs of sleep which I think is right for an 8, 5 & 3 yr old.

My kids get up at 7.
My 12 year old goes to sleep at about 10.
My 10 year old goes to sleep at about 9
My 8 year old is supposed to go at 8 but he never does! Waking him is murder.
My 2 year old goes at about 8 (cause he naps)
my 4 year old goes between 8 and 9. It's very hard to get her down when the three older ones are up and about.
