I bought a package of frozen dragon fruit chunks. Any ideas to make for Tu B'shvat?

Btw would you mind if I ask where you were able to buy it. I never saw this in the stores before. (sorry I don't have any recipes at the moment)

Thinking about it now . I think I would make some sort of compote out of it or put in in the blender as part of a smoothie.

I think I've seen it at Trader Joe's but I may be mistaken.

Compote struck me as a strange choice for it. We cut it up fresh on fruit plates. Skin on because it’s pretty.

It tastes like nothing. I can’t understand why it would be sold frozen. The best part is the colour of the skin.

Not in my experience. At least not enough to bother with frozen. Skin of either colour is pretty though. The ones that are pink inside also gorgeous.

I'm going to blend it with mango and serve with kiwi slices.

Pitaya bowls are similar to Acai bowls. You blend them up and have all these little toppings to put on top and it's so delicious and I'm COMING OVER.

The pink one I had last year was delicious. They probably pick them early to ship them and you receive them tasteless. That’s the problem with imported fruit especially out of season.
