yo'ma... I have cream cheese in the house, how can I make it into cheese cake with a dough oie shell?

The same way you would make cheese cake. This is just a guess because I usually don't make cheese cake, but it sounds good.
c.c, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract and bake about 20-30 min on 350. maybe 20 is better because it's small

throw in a can of cherry pie filling ... or lemon or blueberry ... can do so over custard or parve pudding ...
I prefer mousse & cheesecakes in a graham cracker crust ...
