I'm looking for a recipe for something like an ice cream pie or chocolate pie to make in a graham cracker pie base, with standard ingredients that I don't need to run to the store....
Any ideas?

I made this this past week and just did a regular bag of frozen strawberries + 2 scoops vanilla sugar, slicing up the very big strawberries
Don't know how else to share an image...

Thank you that looks great. I've never seen lemon pudding in Israel though. It's definitely something I'd like to try another week

Peanut butter chocolate mousse pie |
This also looks great but we have someone who doesn't eat peanuts... Lol!
Otherwise this would be perfect. Could I sub more chocolate do you think?

Any flavor of pudding powder will do. I used vanilla and it came out great

There's the famous recipe using 24-32 oz. (I've seen both) of whipped, not whipped, and sandwich cookies broken into chunks. Pour into the crust. Drop cookie pieces in. Freeze till ready to serve.

Mix a tub of ice cream with either lotus butter, peanut butter or fudge and pour into a pie crust

Just made something similar to the strawberry recipe above.
Layered strawberry ice cream.
Beat together
16 oz whip,
16 oz coffee creamer,
2 instant vanilla pudding mixes.
Pour 1/2 in crust. Freeze until set.
Blend
1 bag frozen strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar.
Add 1/2 strawberry purée to the remaining whip.
Pour over set whip.
Freeze
When serving pour remaining sauce over pie.
The filling is enough for a full 9x13 so would probably make 2 or more graham cracker crusts.

Chocolate pudding pie:
In a saucepan, combine
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup cornstarch/potato starch
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups milk, dairy or pareve
Whisk over low heat constantly, till thickened. Pour immediately into a graham cracker crust and let cool till set. Does NOT freeze well.
