Noach. His father's name was Lemech (Bereishis 5:28-29), descended from Shes, and his wife Naama's father was a different Lemech (Bereishis 4:19, 22), descended from Kayin.

They sent me the gilyon today.
The answer to last week's "who am I" is Chagai Hanavi.

They also included all the sources and explanations. I would never have guessed Chagai.

While Chachmei Yisroel claim who I am, they don't say the same,
As some say the way you read it, was my name.
From the latter, I was the last,
The nation lost this specialty of mine, when I passed.
About the tears of the pious, in my days I screamed,
And I taught the way of tahara for the time when we'll be redeemed.
Who am I?
