I generally like to listen to shiurim, but I want something a little more fun - something to give me a boost of energy in the evenings while I clean up the house.
I like positive, upbeat people, and if they have a sense of humor, that's definitely a plus!
I like using Google Podcasts, but open to trying a different app.

Ok if not Jewish. I just find when I browse, I come up with dirty humor or just very physical, superficial podcasts about nothing significant... Thanks for the dear therapists suggestion.

Artscroll has interviews with authors. Thats my light podcast choice.

I didn't get a chance to try them all, but so far I really like A Deeper Conversation.
It's more insightful and makes you think, I wouldn't say upbeat like I was looking for originally, but I'm really finding it's helping me grow, so the time listening is used well.

The Anthropocene Reviewed is seriously amazing. He reviews different parts of the world on a five star scale. Sounds weird, but is so deep and fascinating.

He is on an extended break now, so listen to the already posted podcasts.

I like the Wondery True Crime podcasts-
Dr Death, Blood Ties, Over my Dead Body...

Wondery's Imagined Life are interesting and I listen to them while cleaning up a lot.

Daily Wire, Dr Drew and Fireside Chats with Dennis Prager are good too.
