I don't think so. What I had in mind was when Shaul was told to kill all the animals of Amalek, and he left the sheep alive to bring korbanos. Those sheep were magically transformed people and that night Agag, the king of Amalek, fathered a child from whom Haman was descended.
But Agag was spared as a person, not as a transformed animal. This is explicit in the pesukim (Shmuel I 15:8-9):
וַיִּתְפֹּ֛שׂ אֶת־אֲגַ֥ג מֶלֶךְ־עֲמָלֵ֖ק חָ֑י וְאֶת־כׇּל־הָעָ֖ם הֶחֱרִ֥ים לְפִי־חָֽרֶב׃
וַיַּחְמֹל֩ שָׁא֨וּל וְהָעָ֜ם עַל־אֲגָ֗ג וְעַל־מֵיטַ֣ב הַצֹּאן֩ וְהַבָּקָ֨ר וְהַמִּשְׁנִ֤ים וְעַל־הַכָּרִים֙ וְעַל־כׇּל־הַטּ֔וֹב וְלֹ֥א אָב֖וּ הַחֲרִימָ֑ם וְכׇל־הַמְּלָאכָ֛ה נְמִבְזָ֥ה וְנָמֵ֖ס אֹתָ֥הּ הֶחֱרִֽימוּ׃

There is a medrash to that effect that has since been lost (but it actually involves a cow, not a sheep) but it's far from the only explanation given as to how Agag fathered a child.
