2nd part correct!
Rabbi Zilberstein elaborates on this, it shows the middos of humbleness and not demanding of others er. Esther didn't ask for anything and also repeated what Mordechai told her in his name.

I know the question didn't specify that it had to be p'shat, but if it was, then I believe the only ones that are straight out in p'shat are Yaakov and Eisav and Peretz and Zorach.
ETA,. also, some say that Menashe and Ephraim were twins.

Two people ate bread. How could it be that one ate a half loaf and was obligated to recite Birkas Hamazon, and the second ate two loaves and was not obligated to recite Birkas Hamazon?

The second was an Onen and is absolved from all Mitzvos
