amother [ OP ] wrote: This is a very tricky question: Which bracha is recited only on Wednesday?
This was quite a few pages back and I'm not sure if it was answered, but the bracha for Eruv Tavshilin.
But I think you're talking about chutz laaretz, because in ISrael, if Yom Tov falls on Friday, you do Eiruv Tavshilin on Thursday.
Whereas in chutz laaretz there are always 2 day's yom tov so you'd do it on Wednesday.

I actually answered it the answer was Birkas Hachama - it's always on Wed cause that's the day the sun was created.
About Eiruv Tavshilin - I think Shavuos can be Friday/Shabbos then you would make the Brocha on Thurs

Aharon and Elisheva
Noach and Naama
Esther and Achashveirosh
Achav and Izevel
Osniel ben Kenaz and Achsa.
There's one more I had in mind - it's in sefer Bereishis.
I think with the hint I might have gotten it
Eisav and Adda

Eisav was married to Yehudit. And I believe Ada was from parashat bereishit married to Lemech or Chanoch or someone like that (can't be bothered to look it up).

True. so Eiruv Tavshilin can be said either Wed or Thurs.
I didn't know that Birkat hachama is always said on Wednesday.

Yes!
I was thinking of someone else for candlestick maker but your answer is better.
I was thinking of Devorah Eishes lapidos.
But really she was a candle maker , not a candlestick maker.

The riddle sounds better in Hebrew as it rhymes:
בתורה הוא מופיע עם כנפיים
בגמרא הוא מופיע עם קרניים
ובמגילה הוא מופיעה פעמיים
The only thing I can think of in the Torah that has wings are eagles. Al kanfei nesharim.
Am I on the right track?
