The father makes the Bracha, not the mother, yeah? (I’m a bas Levi, I know nothing of these matters)

So if wife A has an eldest son eligible for pidyon, Husband makes the Bracha.

He could only make it again if he got married a second time and his second wife also had a pidyon-eligible child.

I know I know it’s a stretch and someone else already gave a more precise answer…
