How old was it before the freezing? Freshly cooked or already with a fridge history?
I'm not sure it is safe and would try to avoid it under normal circumstances.
In an emergency, I would at the very least sniff and taste it very well before use to make sure it hasn't gone off. I'd also re-boil it at high heat, strongly bubbling, for at least 10 minutes if not more.

I would use it. I'm assuming it was in the refrigerator since Monday. Heat it well. If it smells ok, I would go ahead and serve it.

That's 4 days and is ok.
If you want it to taste super fresh, freeze now.

I used to keep my chicken soup in the fridge and reboil well before serving up to let’s say 5 days. Until one time I got such terrible food poisoning from it( my family who ate it was fine but I guess I’m sensitive)
I still am traumatized from it and ended up in the er. It was so terrible that now I am super vigilant with these things.

If you kept it in the back of fridge where it’s cold and did not open since mon, should be good. But take a small portion and taste first, just to make sure.
