Can I cook tomorrow for shabbos and have it also for yom tov? Does it help that I’m only home the night meals which means the last time I need this fish is for Tuesday night?

It will be fine. I’ve often coked fish Friday morning. And used it for that Shabbos and the next. Keep it in the back of the fridge, near the ice compartment if you have one.

Freeze the part you’ll need for Yom Tov until that day.
