As a general rule, baking salmon at 400 for 12-13 minutes is usually good. Keep an eye on it, use a thermometer if you want, if a lot of white stuff is coming out that's protein and means it's starting to get overdone. (A little will always come out but if it's going everywhere...)

I overcook my salmon - thats how our family likes it
