A while ago I saw a recipe for kishka using vegetables that were leftover from the chicken soup. I thought it was brilliant, since I always have leftover veggies in my chicken soup - that no one wants to eat after Shabbos. I would LOVE to have something to do with them - and I also found out that my favorite brand of frozen kishka was discontinued
I cannot for the life of me remember where I saw this recipe. Hoping someone can either provide the recipe, or point me in the right direction!
Thanks!

My veggies go (yes, I freeze them with the soup) but I am curious about a recipe too. So, following.
