My son is gonna be 3 IYH the 29th of Adar II, which this year falls on Shabbat; the day after is Rosh Chodesh, and I read something about a Chabad custom not to do upshernish on Rosh Chodesh: can we do it after tzes cochavim, once Rosh Chodesh is over?
Anybody had a similar issue?

From Shulchan Aruch, we don't cut hair on Rosh Chodesh. Is that what you mean?

I think I read something in a kovetz minhagim, that the Rebbeim wouldn't do upshernish on Rosh Chodesh...
