anyone got any marinade recipes for chicken?
I love to marinade them since I find it gives such a great flavour. But I haven't any nice recipes.
And for how long do you bake them? and can you fry them too?

Generally things which are marinaded get roasted or baked with the marinade.
I have an all-purpose marinade I use for turkey breast and roasts.
Soy sauce, olive oil, chopped fresh basil, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, black pepper and some brown sugar.

lemon is good. with some oil. and spices that you like.
also salad dressing.
