It's not easy, but we manage, B'H. We have the bedroom, our children sleep in the salon. And I keep on decluttering. I anway hate clutter.
Rent is skyrocketing in Yerushalayim, but OTOH I just can't leave Yerushalayim, so I have to compromise. 
It reminds me of how people lived in Yerushalayim decades ago.
My daughter, her father-in-law is 1 of 15 children ke'h, and they lived in a smaller apt. than we live in - a one room apt.! That means, one room which was divided into the parent's bedroom and children's bedroom and by day was the salon. Attached to that was a tiny kitchen and a tiny bathroom.
I saw it when I went to be menachem avel there when his father was niftar.
People were literally coming to see how a 17 members family ke'h lived in such a small apt.

In NY besides for July 4, Independence Day, It's also visiting day in camp. I don't have any kids in camp to visit, but there is no cheder because of it.
Tpbm will give me decluttering tips which I need pronto.
Wow! I have double rooms than you, so it should feel like a mansion but feels so small because I have so much stuff.
You know the story to take out the cow from home...

Decluttering tips.
If you haven't used it in 6 months. Toss it.
If you can fix it in less than five minutes do it now.
It's ok to move things from one pile to another pile if you don't have the energy to deal with it right now.
Tpbm read a new book over Shabbat

Almost. I put a new book on my bedside cabinet to read during Shabbos, but slept too long and didn't start reading it yet.
TPBM is very punctual.

I don't work the same amount of hours every day. So the days that I have less work I can also do work from another day or 2 and thus have some days off.
TPBM is planning an overnight (2 days) getaway.
