False. Btw, we buy new things during the three weeks, as long as it won’t need a shehechiyanu. It’s just during the 9 days we don’t buy new clothes. There may be other opinions

TPBM doesn't allow any kind of nosh into her home, forbids her kids to eat it even at school party, b/c feels it's very unhealthy.

Very true, but I'm having difficulty falling asleep.
I'm revelling in the quiet around me.
Was a very noisy day with builders banging, drilling, and yelling to each other above the noise, from 7a.m. - 4:30p.m. at 2 sides of our apt. and the plumber breaking part of the bathroom wall and changing a blocked pipe from 12 -5p.m. at the other end of the apt. we live in. And no one could use the bathroom during those hours.
My head felt like it was going to explode. It's a small one bedroom apt. I didn't have where to go to escape the racket. Sorry, didn't mean to derail this game, and not complaining, just saying.
TPBM like her home - she enjoys staying at home more than going out.
