The talk the other day about Thai food got me in the mood, so I'm making:

Pumpkin-butternut squash-sweet potato coconut soup
Noodles with Vegetables and Tofu in a Thai peanut sauce
Something else, not sure what yet
Either creme brulee or brownies

Clarissa, do you make your own thai peanut sauce? If you do, could you post the recipe for it? If you buy it, what type do you use?

Thanks

Actually, I took this recipe (I gave a link in another thread) for Pumpkin Coconut soup, but I add roasted butternut squash and sweet potato. It's delicious.

It's not easy to be a show-off here, with those posters who make a list of 20 things for Shabbos dinner. I think I deserve a James Beard award every time I produce a soup, entree and a side dish!

Sure, I'll give you the one I'm thinking of using, but I confess I've never made it before, so I don't know how it'll be:

If I decide to do a tried and true, I might make this mocha creme caramel, which I've made many times and love:

Doesn't intimate me in the slightest. I make very few things because my family doesn't eat leftovers and DH and I eat in shul by day.
