besides the wellbees diet. We are working with Dr. George and he does work with the diet. He said it's not time yet. My husband is on humira and recently had more flare ups. His main concern is the narrowing.I know we have to go back to the doc but I'd like to hear more about natural ideas, that have worked for others. Maybe chiropractor or something like that?

I think so.
Also, any ideas of how to get a really good idea of what the trigger foods are? We've been trying for years..

Chrons usually goes with the SCD diet although I have heard from a gastroenterologist once that even if the patient is feeling good on the diet without symptoms doesn’t mean that things are really good in side.

A male relative and a friends daughter (15y.o.) were both helped with very strict long-term SCD, there is a large group on FB that is very helpful, also be sure to read the actual book.

This is a research based diet that is based on SCD, but with other components.
But I personally would try to get it under control with the help of meds, and then see if this can help you maintain remission and then get off the meds (while maintaining the diet.)

If I wanted to pursue diet I would totally look into this. It allows more than SCD. (Oats, cocoa.)
Wellbees is SCD but Mrs. Weiss also has some very strong personal shittos. Take whatever you'd like from her but don't contradict the doctors you're following.
