I realized that I want to make chicken and rice in my crockpot for friday night. But I only have cubed cholent meat for Shabbos day. What else can I make with it which won't need my crockpot? Thank you for suggestions in advance

There’s not that much for cold cubed meat. Maybe someone will have an idea?
I would probably transfer the chicken and rice before shabbos to a 9x13 pan and keep warm and then put up a Chulent.

Make a chicken and rice bake in the oven and use the crockpot for the day meal.
