I am queen of this!

1. Frozen cookie dough softened and pushed into the shape of a muffin tin and filled with Dunkin Hines cake. Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
2. Ice cream sandwiches layered like a checkerboard and caramel sauce between the layers and covered in whipped cream.
3. Three different colored sorbets softened and layered in a pan.

Defrost a container of vanilla ice cream
Microwave a container of lotus butter for 30 seconds
Mix them both together and refreeze
Now you have lotus ice cream!

Frozen pizza dough. Roll into flat rectangle, brush with oil/melted margarine, sprinkle (as heavy as you like) with cinnamon and sugar. Roll- jelly roll style- and slice. Bake in pan, cut side down.
=Cinnamon buns without most of the work!!
Use Store bought icing or make your own.

Do this in mini pie crusts. One square of chocolate and one cookie dough in each.

Puff pastry squares (small)
Cherry pie filling
Sugar
Fill squares with filling. Fold into triangle. Dip top into sugar. Bake on 375F until light golden. (Push any ‘leaks’ back into dough, if desired)
(Can be done with other flavors but somehow cherry always comes out best)

I made apple turnovers using the mini-puff-pastry squares and a homemade apple filling that is yum. I will serve it with a scoop of vanilla icecream (trader joe's) on the side, and a dash of caramel sauce (bought).

Ah yes, semi-homemade!

Store pie crust and premade pie filling (or homemade filling, it doesn't take too much time actually)
Tortillas cut into fun shapes, oiled, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, baked
Coconut whipped cream, kedem tea crackers, jam: layer and freeze
Quick strudel: roll out puff pastry. Mix thinly sliced apples with cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, ginger. Place inside puff pastry, fold up however you'd like (can cut sides and fold them up to look braided), bake for 50-60 min at 350

Custard fruit tart:

Deep dish pie crust. Bake. Sprinkle choc chips. Melt. Very thin layer otherwise hard to cut.
Bakers choice ready made custard.
Cover in fruit - can mandarin oranges, sliced kiwi, pomegranate seeds, plums. (My kids love that job)
