Thinking of making a salad bar for shabbos afternoon.
Any ideas what I can put out.
Preferably quick and easy.
And which dressing?

Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, purple cabbage, shredded carrots, different kinds of lettuce, chickpeas, hearts of palm, baby corn, olives, pickles, different kinds of nuts, chicken, hard boiled eggs, turkey, pastrami, purple onion.
For a dressing, you can buy the premade ones and put a couple out.
