Hi.
I once had a recipe for chicken cutlets in bread crumbs and then with a curry sauce and I can't find the recipe.
The recipe came from one of the recipe books put out by the Taharas Hamishpocha "campaign" in Crown Heights.
Anyone know which recipe it is and can you post it?
TIA

Im not sure if this is the recipe you are looking for. A Shlucha gave it to me and I only have a rough version.
Bread chicken and bake uncovered for 1 hr.
mix together:
3 tsp curry
1+1/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp paprika, pepper, salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
pour over chicken and bake uncovered for 45 mins.
I found this recipe to be extremely sweet. Unless you like eating candy for supper I would cut down the sugar by at least half.

I have also made that recipe many times and it is always a huge hit. I find it a great food to brind over to people who just had a baby when I make them supper. I also drastically cut the sugar to around 1/3 cup and add water.
