Looking for a Shiur that's so good (effective), I'd want to hear it over and over again.

Rabbi Akiva Tatz on marriage
Rabbi Yisrael Miller on BT's relating to their parents
Rabbi Jonathan Rietti's parenting tapes - a series of about 7 tapes. I don't know that they're necessarily inspiring, but they are full of good practical advice. I do find his tape series on tefilla very inspiring.

I've been listening to a lot of Rabbi Paltiel's shiurim. Inspiring, intellectually stimulating (and sometimes at the same time!) It's kind of funny that I listen to the shiurim since technically I could actually go to them but they're too late at night!

We have a very disorganized not publicised tpae gemach in our house. This means we have lots of tapes. I still find myself turning to some over and over.

I used to always listen to Rabbi ORlofsky on the parsha on Friday until I listened to them so many time that I knew the answers already (and he has more than one on each parsha).

I also find that I can listen to the tapes by Rov Shimshon Pincus zt"l over and over again. I like them since besides being inspiring I feel he always leaves me with a practical way to think about what he said or implement it.

I listen to Manis Friedman all the time (so does dh) The "It's Good to Know" and "Family" series are especially good.

You can order them on Itsgoodtoknow.com (or org...don't remember)

Someone gave me a gift of 8 of her tapes when I got married, & I also listen to them again and again.
