My usual one is: olive, mayonnaise and garlic powder and then use the liquidiser.
Would like some other olive dip recipe.
And also a tomato dip one.
But not too hot and strong.

I do olive tapenade but don’t really follow a recipe. I use any mix of olives, a table spoon of capers, clove or two garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and blend.

For tomato dip I do 3-4 Roma or small beefsteak tomatoes, clove or two garlic, a drizzle olive oil, teaspoon Dijon and blend.

I do just olives, garlic and lots of olive oil in processor. Fresh garlic never frozen.

You can do a spicy olive dip with sliced olives, Mayo, a little sugar a little sriracha and a little ketchup for a nice change- sorry that I don’t have exact ingredients but I taste as I go along and sometimes add a little red pepper flakes as well for a nice kick.
For tomato dip I use 3-4 ripe plum tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 1 jalapeño with seeds removed from half of it (obviously according to your heat level) 1/4 cup olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. We like it chunky so I don’t process it in the food processor for very long but for very fine tomato dip then leave it in for a good few min

Black Olive Dip
-1 can pitted black olives, drained
-3-4 cloves garlic
-1/2 cup olive oil
Process olives and garlic in blender or food processor and stream in oil.
Tomato Dip
Process 2 overripe tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves and half a Jalapeño pepper in the food processor. Drizzle in about 2 tablespoons olive oil slowwwly (if you have a hard time with this, you can put a plastic cup of olive oil in the feeder with a tiny hole pierced on the bottom and let it drip on slowly) until thick and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Blend for 2 minutes in the blender. Delicious!
Eta: forgot the oil. 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon olive oil

Tomato Dip:
2 plum tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 C oil
2 garlic cubes
1/2 fresh jalepeno pepper (I've skipped this and it's still delicious)
Blend with hand blender and enjoy

Will it last two / three weeks? Or more like one week?
