We like buying the marinated olives from the grocery but they’re really expensive so I wanted to try to make some on my own.
What do I spice them with? What’s the process?
I would appreciate any help I could get never done this before

I buy sliced olives from the can. I drain transfer it into a container. Then I add about a teaspoon of red pepper flakes, a bit of paprika and about 3 tablespoons of oil. Let it marinate for a 12 hrs before eating.

I do whole pitted olives (israeli)
Lemon zest or thinly sliced lemons, lemon juice, chopped jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, olive oil. Marinated overnight.
