Best thing for lice is the Al kinim spray. Dunno if Sano still produces it. That & combing. Heard if you add tea tree oil to the shampoo it’s good for maintenance.

Maybe I’m the vitamin company & this is my parnassah? 
Honestly, somewhere in between- more like if you have a deficiency & you supplement for that. Haven’t seen a difference in times I gave kids immune boosters etc. I do believe in the power of garlic and Acv.

Both. I cook fresh, but in large batches. Then I individually portion and freeze anything that I won't be eating in the next couple of days. I stock up, because sometimes I don't feel like cooking, and it's nice to be able to thaw out just the amount I need, instead of a big container.
Do you make your own cakes, or buy from a bakery?

Lol. I see what you thought but I didn’t think that when I asked...
I do both. Stuff that freeze well I freeze.
Btw, speaking of freezer, the magnetic thingy on my fridge (it’s actually on my freezer) is doing great. Glad I got the bigger one. Kids enjoy drawing on it.
