I agree that many people are not aware of this Halacha. So many people mistakenly think that if bread has some apple juice it’s the perfect trick to take a shortcut and make mezonos on a huge “mezonos” baguette sandwich.
-Says the lady whose family is the only one whose kids wash for pizza in the pizza shop and they don’t understand why we have different halachos than others! (I’m sure others wash as well but somehow they don’t visit the pizza shop when we do) P.S. we do pizza for lunch or dinner, not snack.
