I just moved to America recently and have been given my mother's 1998 minivan. I really like the car, but am much more comfortable using cars with the latch system (particularly the top tether). Is it possible to get it retrofitted? If so, does anyone know anyone in Baltimore who does this?

I've heard that it is possible to do, just make sure to find a reliable auto place.
