Salad has veg, lettuce, peppers, sugar snap peas and cashew nuts. What dressing please?

1. Mix mayonaise and ketchup. This is a Russian Dressing
2. Mix oil and vinegar or lemon juice. Add salt and pepper. optional: add onion powder, garlic powder

Honey Mustard dressing is great (especially on salad with nuts)
equal parts honey & mustard. add a splash of soy sauce, some dill (fresh, frozen or dry) and a drop of garlic (powder or crushed- totally optional). If you prefer a creamier consistency, you can add mayo. Also, you can use a bit of hot water to thin if you need.
