Somewhere, I saw an ice cream roll/ log that was made of vanilla ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, cookies, cookie crunch, etc.....
I cannot find it anywhere!
I think it was in an ad for a brand of ice cream...

anyone have it?

Involves putting sandwich ice cream flat as well as standing behind it to form an “L”.
Split a tub of ice cream in half and then into quarters. Put two of the quarters on top of the sandwiches. Straight sides meeting with straight sides. Cover rounded part with crushed Oreo cookies
