I had a very feisty israeli Ozeret Bayis (not Menaka, she insisted on that!!!!!), but she really taught me how to do it... specially she thaught me that you don't have to do everything every time, but you have to keep in mind what you did... work in cycles...

Now, I am independent... I do it all myself...
