Almond Chicken Dijon
from the fine folk at Kraft's Home and Hearth Magazine
chicken, whatever kind you want
mayonnaise
mustard
nuts, toasted if you can
You arrange the chicken in a pan. You mix equal amounts of mayonnaise and mustard together, then spread it on the chicken. You sprinkle the chicken with your nuts.
Cook your chicken until down. Eat hot.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

How long and how high should I bake it for, using chicken breasts?
Or chicken bottoms?

what is a dijon in English?
In French it's a city where the "moutarde de Dijon" (mustard of/from Dijon) originates.

Certainly not more than 30-40 minutes at 350, or they'll be ovredone.

Thanks, I'll try it for this shabbos. My kids don't really like mustard, but if they don't know what's in there, they probably wouldn't notice and besides, they can always drown it in ketchup..yick!
