I tried whipping up whip for ice cream but it didnt reach stiff peaks. I guess it was too warm.
Anything to do with it now or I gotta throw it out?

Melt with choc chips and you get a hot fudge or ganache.

Add broken pieces of sandwich cookies, pour in a pie crust, and freeze. My kids love cookies n cream pie.

Make the lemon ice cream pie in the recipes section here. It’s great.

Put it in the freezer until it's half frozen and slushy, and then whip it again. It might work this time.
If not, the other suggestions are great.

If it’s still the same texture as pre whipped, there’s a recipe for no mixer brownie cake that calls for whip

Use it as the parve milk in cake. Keep in mind that it will add more sugar the end result.

There’s a recipe in the kosher palette (I think?) for Choc cake that uses whip. It’s so delicious!!
