I have a whole chicken that was cooked in soup and removed.

Any creative suggestion as to what I can do with it?

depends on your crowd.

my family loves a chicken salad with soup chicken, and homemade garlic bread. or pasta & chicken & tomato sauce.

You can shred the chicken. Add mayo diced onion and peppers and spices.
Serve on rolls or with a salad
