Meh. There was a LOT more to the collapse of Venezuela than that. It was a whole slide into autocracy. Statues coming down is non-awesome, but the real danger is politicians doing away with checks on their own power.

If a Democrat is elected to the White House, one of the biggest checks to executive power, the MEDIA, will surely not do its job. Same as during the Obama era, when the POTUS weaponized the Federal government with nary more than an obligatory glance from the fawning mainstream media.
