Anyone have a good recipe for minute steak? thanks

saute onion and garlic in some oil
add minute steaks, brown on both sides
season with some pepper and salt
add 1/2 cup wine
add 1/2 cup bar-b-q sauce
cook on low flame till done.
comes out yummy and soft.
enjoy.

you can marinate and broil.
use italian dressing or steak sce or bbq sce/ketchup

put in pan ... pour some soysauce, garlic powder & black pepper, cut up onions and an entire head of garlic cloves ...
looks really nice on a plate with sweet potatoe and french greenbeans ...
