Mini trifle glasses

We're having guests tonight and I wanted to get fancy for dessert.

I think the last time they were here, I also got fancy and ended up making mini trifles - yellow cake, strawberries and whip.

Any other ideas? Something not too complicated please, and pretty.

Also, can you use frozen berries in trifles for future reference? Or, do they just not taste as good...
