It's not Artscroll.
Some of my favorites are not published by Artscroll. But Miriam Pascal's cookbooks are fantastic! I recommend Real Life Kosher Cooking and More Real Life Kosher Cooking.

Fresh and Easy and Starters and Sides are also great. Simply Gourmet is also good.

On a side note, Peas, Love, n Carrots the new cookbook is available for preorder on Amazon today for only $23.99.

I'm really into Simply Gourmet by Rivky Kleiman these days. I love love the BY cookbooks and she was the co-author of those so I bought it when it came out and it hasn't let me down.

I don't know if this is artscroll, but Table for Two has awesome recipes, and you can just double them or the BY cookbooks.
the kosher by design "kids in the kitchen" also has fun, easy, and delicious recipes- I loved it as a kid
