I will possibly be making pesach door the first time this year. What are some basics that ill need? What types of pots and pans? How many?

Good knives and peelers. Soup pot, frying pan, sauce pot, containers with lids.
Do you peelers all fruit and vegetables?
Depends on if you make everything from scratch or you used processed for.
Food processor, juicer.
Make a menu and then make a list of what you need to make the food.

1 good pot, 1 good pan, and make a menu so lots can be made in the oven in disposable pans.
Crockpot, hot water urn, electric hot plate, shabbos timers, mixing spoons, measuring cups/spoons, can opener/corkscrew, hand grater (can use for garlic, charoses, kugel), knives, peeler, spatula, soup ladle, strainer, tablecloth, counter cover.
