I buy a yummy ground beef/chicken mix at my local butcher. I made a meat + beans chili, served with salad and taco shells.
My seven year old was SOOO happy and my ten year old screamed at me, screamed at his brother and kvetched all night (he has issues 🤦🏻‍♀️).

Also pareve zucchini soup - a huge pot so we can eat it for dinner on Thursday night too.

Cook a pack of angel hair pasta together with a pack of any frozen veggies. (I like green beans, or peas and carrots but anything can work except broccoli, I assume) Set aside. In a pot mix a cup of milk, 1 cup of cottage cheese, a 15 oz can of tomato sauce, 1 pack mozzarella cheese, 1 tbs oregano, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Stir till melted. Add pasta and veggies and cook an additional 15 mins. Serve hot and enjoy!

Thursday lunch- chickpea burgers, butternut squash soup, spicy mayo, salad, and we still have rolls that my dd made
Thursday supper- breaded fish, roasted sesame broccoli, and pizza bites
Friday lunch- uh oh, forgot about that. Will be something simple.

My kids are treating me like a short-order cook... since we’re all home all day anyway. 😕

Dinner last night was Rocky Mountain toast, and/or scrambled eggs. I had made a big pot of zucchini soup on Tuesday, so DH and I had soup too.
