Beets, cumin/shwarma spice, garlic, lemon, salt, olive oil. Let it sit in the fridge or at least 1 hour before serving.

I basically make mine the same way, just I dice my red onions, and add olive or avocado oil and black pepper to my dressing in addition to the apple cider vinegar and sugar.
