If anyone gets turned on by this, they have two choices. Either they need more exposure to women so they view them as humans that they respect rather than as an object, or they need to stay inside their cave and not see any women or be exposed to anything at all. (I hear chairs are pretty hot- they have legs- 4 instead of 2, double đ)

I believe that you're right about their online site, but as a daily WSJ print reader, I assure you that it is very common for them to use renderings of article subjects in the print edition.
Also as a daily WSJ reader, I was excited to look for this article, but didn't see it anywhere in today's printed paper. Hopefully it will make it in for tomorrow.

Pink Fridge is correct. They used to use pen-and-ink-style head drawings (there's probably an art-related word that I don't know for this) instead of photos. I don't remember when the switched, but it was around 10-15 years ago, I believe.
Anyway, this is very cool!
