Shredded cabbage and carrots
Mayo, Vinegar and/or lemon juice, honey or sugar, salt and pepper
I never measure any of the ingredients. Always to taste.

Half cup mayo
Quarter cup sugar
2 tbs vinegar
Pinch of salt and pepper

Best recipe from BY Cookbook 2:
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C mayo
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)
Salt
Pepper
1/4 C water or soy milk
1 pkg Cole slaw mix

I have this one memorized:
1 package shredded coleslaw mix
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
3 Tblsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
3 Tblsp vinegar
It works best if you mix all the dressing ingredients except for the vinegar together first and then add the vinegar. Dress the coleslaw at least a couple of hours before serving.

This is the recipe I use that always gets rave reviews
1 bag Cole slaw
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp salt
4-5 Tbsp mayonnaise
Mix in bowl

Best recipe ever:
1 bag Cole slaw

dash pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
drop of water
3/4 cup mayonnaise

3/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 lb bag shredded cabbage
Simle and yummy. You can cut down the mayo if you want less (sometimes I only use 1/2 cup)
