So much leftover dark grilled chicken, any ideas of how to repurpose (not egg rolls or salad. Did that already lol)

Is there a way to combine into a stirfry? It was marinated in herbs...

No patience to cooks for Shabbos now arg!

yesterday was light meal with scrambled eggs/salad etc after full month of heavy holiday foods.
Today were back to eating up the yom tov leftovers.
lasagne roll ups with spinach
butternut squash soup
stuffed cabbage
club steak
potato/sw potato balls
green beans
Apple strudel/compote/custard tarts

veggie burgers on pretzel rolls with tomatoes and lettuce (chumus-veggie sandwich for kid who doesn't like veggie burgers)

cereal for picky eaters
