I think this was the recipe, though I want to use some different deli. I'm pretty sure it's from the second Silver Platter cookbook, which I don't have, but I wrote down reminder notes for the recipe when I did see it somewhere.
If this recipe sounds familiar to anyone - I remember that you're supposed to wilt the kale by massage each piece - please post it or pm me. Thanks!!!

If you didn’t use the kale for Yom Tov, make kale chips! So easy and delicious. Dry kale really well, drizzle or spray a very little bit of olive oil and spices of choice or just sea salt. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 F making sure not to burn. A fun crunchy snack for everyone to enjoy in the sukkah😀😀😀
