I’ve lived in a number of places so I will do a few. This is where I live now.
1. Commuting via helicopter.
2. Seven Presidents
3. 800% population increase in the summer.

1)The first community in the nation (US) where a white majority voluntarily voted for school integration, without a court order requiring the district to implement the change.
2)Diversity- an Muslim Mayor who is great friends with his frum deputy mayor.
3) per capita, most kosher restaurant - outside of Yerushalaim. People come here to eat. (There is NOTHING else to do).
I'm adding a 4th-
Blue laws (hate them).
