Anyone here does these kind of cases?
I've done SETSS in the past, but now I'm being offered a pendency case. How is it different from SETSS?

It isn’t really that different other then the billing time meaning there is more flexibility with make ups.

I am coming from the other end (as a parent) but I was always under the impression that DOE pays a lot more for SE-IT than they do for SETTS. Hence the pendency case through a lawyer to fight for the more expensive services even after the child turned 5
